For general users, no login procedure is required to view land records. But for some specific services, like e-Passbook and Aadhar Linking Verification downloads, the user needs to enter the OTP received from the Registered Mobile Number.

E-Passbook:
To access the E-Passbook in the Mee Bhoomi AP Portal, the user needs to access it through OTP-Based Authentication.
Enter the Khata Number linked to your Aadhaar and submit details such as the District, Mandal, and Village Name.
Solve the Captcha and click the submit Button.
An OTP will be sent to the registered Mobile Number.
Enter the OTP and click on verify or the OK Button.
The Digital E-Passbook with QR Code for validation will display. Download the E-Passbook for further use.
Aadhar Linking Status:
Select the “ఆధార్ లింకింగ్ స్టేటస్” (Aadhaar Linking Status) in MeeBhoomi Home Page.
Select and fill out the District, mandal, village, Khata Number, and Aadhaar in the given columns.
Solve CAPTCHA and click the submit Button.
You can see the status and whether it is linked/unlinked.
